Position: Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.

Order Fulfillment:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of products.

Refund Processing:
- Handle return requests and process refunds according to company policies.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their returns and refunds.

Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, such as order discrepancies, shipment delays, and product concerns.
- Work towards a resolution that aligns with company policies and customer expectations.

Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Update customer profiles and order information in Shopify as needed.

Feedback Management:
- Gather and report customer feedback to relevant departments to help improve products and services.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members and the director to ensure seamless customer service operations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Innovation and Market Expansion:
- Actively seek and identify new market opportunities for our products.
- Develop innovative strategies to expand our customer base and increase market reach.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
